TERMS & CONDITIONS

All buyers must comply with the terms and conditions stated.
(First come, first serve basis)

a) For Order & Booking
- Order (preorder items) : At least 50% of deposit required.
- Booking (ready stock items) : 50% deposit. Only items with deposit will be reserved.
- No cancellation. Deposit is not returnable, think wisely before you order or reserve any item. - - -Deposit will only be refunded if items not in stock.
- Any items reserved need to be paid off within 3 weeks or they will be released back for sale.

b) For Payment
- Cash on delivery.
- Deposit to my bank account.
- Installment (for certain items).
- Please inform and email the transaction details once you have made your payment to avoid
misconstrue.

c) Shipping & Delivery :-
- Ship to West & East Malaysia
- International subject to quoted shipping cost.

d) Any pre-order items will take about 2-4 weeks while for ready stock items, 2-3 working days. Occasionally, there will be delay due to certain circumstances.
e) All sales are final. No warranty, refundable, exchangeable and returnable for all items.
f) Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items during shipping.
